ARTICLE 1 - Organizer.

The competition is organized by UNITED SOFT DRINKS B.V., with registered office at Reactorweg 69, 3504 AA Utrecht, the Netherlands (hereinafter the “Organizer”). These rules contain the conditions and rules applied to the contest. There will be no correspondence regarding the rules, questions, mechanism of the competition or modalities of selection, either by telephone or in writing.


ARTICLE 2 - Participation

Each participant in the action must reside at a Dutch, Belgian or German (postal) address. Only natural persons with a minimum age of 15 years can participate in the contest. Minors may only participate in the contest if they have the express permission of their parents or guardian. If a minor participates in the contest, the Organizer assumes that he/she has permission from his/her parents/guardian. Participants must be able to prove their identity and age at any time. If the minor is unable to present this consent, he/she may be denied further participation in the contest or his/her right to a prize at any time.

The following persons are excluded from participation:

  • Employees of United Soft Drinks and its affiliated organizations and partners.
  • Their family members in the first degree or persons residing at the same address

The participant does not owe any compensation or contribution to the Organizer for participating in the competition.Anyone who wins a prize, without fully complying with the conditions of participation, automatically forfeits their right to the prize, without compensation or any recourse. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who do not comply with the terms of these rules or who abuse or manipulate the system, or commit fraud or deceit. The Organizer cannot be held liable for technical problems with the website and/or mail system. Nor can it be held liable for any incompatibility between the technology used for the competition and hardware and/or software configuration used by the participant.


ARTICLE 3 - Method of participation.

To participate in AA Drink Team-Collect rticipants must meet the following conditions:

  • Participants must complete the participation form at aa-drink.com/clubactie/register.
  • Participants must choose a club from the registered clubs.
  • Participants must create a team as team captain or register with one of the teams that has already been created.
  • Participants can earn points for their team by entering codes from AA Drink bottles at aa-drink.com/clubactie/team/[team name]


ARTICLE 4 – Prize

Various prizes can be won during the promotional period. The number of Boost Points may vary and depends on the sport practised by the team.

  • Tier 1: 0 - 50 Boost Points
  • Tier 2: 50 - 125 Boost Points
  • Tier 3: 125 - 250 Boost Points

The prizes depend on the sport the team stated it practises and the category (junior or senior). In addition, they are personal, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-convertible into cash. Under no circumstances can it be assumed that the Organiser will provide or award additional services or products linked to the prize.


ARTICLE 5 - Promotion period
The entire promotion runs from 1 September 2025 to 30 June 2026, until 11:59 p.m.


ARTICLE 6 - Winners
Prizes from the AA Drink club promotion can only be ordered by the team captains. The team captains will receive an email from the Organiser with their order after placing the order. Decisions made by the Organiser regarding the determination of winners are irrevocable and final.


ARTICLE 7 - Liability

Except in the event of gross or intentional error, neither United Soft Drinks, nor its staff members, nor third parties called upon in the context of this contest can be held responsible for any damage of any kind that would result from the organization of the contest, including participation in the contest, designation of winners and acceptance of the prize. The Organizer cannot be held responsible or liable for any defect in the prize or if the prize does not meet the expectations created.
Printing, spelling or other errors, as well as technical problems cannot be invoked as grounds for any obligation whatsoever on the part of the Organizer.
Subject to the same reservation, neither United Soft Drinks nor the aforementioned persons can be held responsible for any delays or errors in postal and shipping services.
United Soft Drinks is not responsible for any bodily injury allegedly caused by use of the SUP boards or microfiber towels.


ARTICLE 8 - Personal Information.

By participating in the contest, the participant agrees that their personal data (surname, first name, email address, date of birth, telephone number, address)will be processed by United Soft Drinks B.V., the data controller, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

The data communicated by the participant will be processed exclusively for the management of action and the awarding of prizes to winners.
Each participant has the right to access their personal data at any time and/or have them corrected upon simple written request to the Organizer at the following address: info@usd.nl
The data will not be transmitted to third parties and will be kept as long as necessary for the organization of the competition.


ARTICLE 9 - Supervision.

The Organizer shall supervise the correct conduct of the action. It has the right to exclude the participant from the competition in case of non-compliance with the conditions, or in case of abuse, deception, fraud or bad faith. In these cases, it also has the right to request the return of the prize to the participant,as well as compensation for damages suffered.

By participating in the contest, the participant accepts the contest rules. The Organizer reserves the right at any time to make changes to the contest rules regarding the prizes and to modify, extend or cancel the contest in case of force majeure, programmatic, technical or organizational reasons.

The Organizer cannot be held liable for any changes,suspension or cancellation. The participants cannot claim any compensation.

The results of the competition are binding and irrevocable and cannot be contested.


ARTICLE 10 - Complaints.

Only complaints received through this channel and no later than 10 days after the conclusion of the competition will be considered.


Article 11 - Applicable law and jurisdiction

These rules are governed by Dutch law and shall be interpreted or enforced in accordance with Dutch law. The courts of the jurisdiction of the seat of the Organizer shall have sole jurisdiction to settle any disputes that may arise from this contest, or from the interpretation or application of these rules.
