Competition Rules AA Drink Burner Challenge
ARTICLE 1 - Organizer
The AA Drink Challenge competition (hereinafter: the Competition) is organized by UNITED SOFT DRINKS B.V., with registered office at Reactorweg 69, 3504 AA Utrecht, the Netherlands (hereinafter the 'Organizer'). These rules contain the conditions and rules applied to the Contest. There will be no correspondence regarding the rules, questions, mechanism of the Contest or modalities of selection, either by telephone or in writing.
ARTICLE 2 - Participation
Each participant in the Contest must be resident at a Belgian, German or Dutch (postal) address. Only natural persons with a minimum age of 15 years can participate in the Contest. Minors may only participate in the Contest if they have the express consent of their parents or guardian. If a minor participates in the Contest, the Organizer assumes that he/she has the consent of his/her parents/guardian. Participants must be able to prove their identity and age at any time. If the minor is unable to present this consent, he/she may be denied further participation in the Contest at any time, or his/her right to a prize may be taken away.
The following persons are excluded from participation:
- Employees of the Organizer and its affiliated organizations and partners.
- Their first-degree relatives or persons residing at the same address.
The participant does not owe any fee or contribution to the Organizer for participating in the competition. Whoever wins a prize, without fully complying with the conditions of participation, automatically loses his right to the prize, without compensation or any recourse. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who do not comply with the terms of these rules or who abuse or manipulate the system, or commit fraud or deceit. The Organizer cannot be held liable for technical problems with the website and/or mail system. Nor can it be held liable for any incompatibility between the technology used for the Contest and the hardware and/or software configuration used by the participant.
ARTICLE 3 - Method of participation.
Anyone with a registered AA Drink account linked to either the participant's personal Fitbit account and/or the participant's personal Strava account can participate in this contest. To participate in this contest, participants must purchase a total of 2 0.5L AA Drink products during the period of 01/09/2023 and 31/10/2023, fill in the codes and upload photo with your padelbuddies. By sending this photo, you give permission to use the photo on the Organization's owned media channels. By linking the account to the personal Fitbit account/Strava account, this sports session will be registered on the AA Drink platform. Those who do not have a Fitbit or Strava account can also submit a photo via the website's action page for a chance to win the prizes and/or use the app.
ARTICLE 4 - Prize
Upon completion of the challenge by purchasing AA Drink Products, you will have a chance to win exclusive AA Drink Sneakers. For this you will be notified via email. On top of that, you will receive 5 Boost Points anyway upon completing the full challenge.
The organization will make every effort to send the prize mentioned above to the winner. If the won prize is no longer in stock, the organizer reserves the right to provide and send an alternative prize.
ARTICLE 5 - Contest period
The contest runs from 01/09/2023 to 31/10/2023 until 23h59.
ARTICLE 6 - Winners
Winners will be notified by email of their prize via the email address provided through the Contest entry form. The Organizer's email will also announce, among other things, the next steps. The Organizer's decision regarding the determination of the winner is irrevocable and final.
ARTICLE 7 - Liability
Except for gross or intentional misconduct, neither the Organizer , nor its staff members, nor third parties called upon in the context of the Contest can be held responsible for any damage of any kind that would result from the organization of the Contest, including participation in the Contest, designation of winners and acceptance of the prize. The Organizer cannot be held responsible or liable for any defect in the prize or if the prize does not meet the expectations created. Printing, spelling or other errors, as well as technical problems cannot be invoked as grounds for any obligation whatsoever on the part of the Organizer. With the same reservation, neither the Organizer nor the aforementioned persons can be held responsible for any delays or errors in postal and shipping services.
ARTICLE 8 - Personal Data.
By participating in the Contest, the participant agrees that his/her personal data (name, first name, email address, date of birth, telephone number, address) will be processed by the Organizer ., the data controller, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. The data communicated by the participant will be processed exclusively for the management of action and the awarding of prizes to the winners. Each participant has the right to access their personal data at any time and/or have them corrected upon simple written request to the Organizer at the following address: info@usd.nl . The data will not be transmitted to third parties and will be kept as long as necessary for the organization of the competition. ARTICLE 9 - Supervision.
The Organizer shall supervise the correct course of the action. It has the right to exclude the participant from the Competition in case of non-compliance with the conditions, or in case of abuse, deception, fraud or bad faith. In such cases, it also has the right to request the return of the prize to the participant, as well as compensation for damages suffered. By participating in the Contest, the Participant accepts the Contest Rules. The Organizer reserves the right at any time to make changes to the contest rules regarding the prizes and to modify, extend or cancel the contest in case of force majeure, programmatic, technical or organizational reasons. The Organizer cannot be held liable for any changes, suspension or cancellation. Participants cannot claim any compensation. The results of the Competition are binding and irrevocable and cannot be contested.
ARTICLE 10 - Complaints.

Any complaint sent outside this period will not be considered.
Article 11 - Applicable law and jurisdiction
These rules are governed by Dutch law and shall be interpreted or enforced in accordance with Dutch law. The courts of the jurisdiction of the Organizer's registered office shall have sole jurisdiction to settle any disputes that may arise from this Contest, or from the interpretation or application of these rules.
